    Our lives have become so complex and ourlife styles so busy that it is easy to feel stressed and lose emotional
    equilibrium. This can lead to physical health issues including sleep disturbance.
     

    Do you suffer with issues such as:

    My focus is on helping you to regainbalance in mind and body and to support you to find ways of living a balanced life. This is not always completely within our control but there are many things we can do to function better and to look after ourselves so that we are able to live a more fulfilling life. My goal is to help you to achieve this
    with the support of Homeopathy and Craniosacral Therapy but also by changing life style habits if needed. We may also discuss self- management tools, which are available to support mental and emotional wellbeing.
